Experience place-based science education professional development.

Linkages supports K-12 teachers in curriculum development and implementation by connecting them to a vast network of local environmental educators, scientists, and researchers who serve as content specialists. In 2023-24, our Linkages teachers will be working together to support each other and other Upper Valley NH/VT educators wanting to get students outside regularly to learn and explore.

In this collaborative learning community, participants engage in inquiry, research, and reflection. The work is current, local, and relevant to both teachers and students. Linkages helps prepare the next generation of environmental citizens.

Eight Upper Valley teachers will be selected to participate in 2023-24, and teachers may participate in this professional development project for three years. If you would like to submit a proposal, please read this cover letter for teachers and then click here for the application .
