Four Winds Nature Institute Schools and Communities
This year more than 100 elementary schools are enrolled in Four Winds's Nature Program, with 1,500 trained volunteers leading monthly natural science lessons for children in kindergarten through sixth grade. We want children to enjoy science, and to learn to look at the natural world with both understanding and wonder. The Nature Program brings adults and children together in a learning community that uses the natural world as the classroom.
