What is being done about it?

Currently, Vermont's Statewide Environmental Education Progams, in partnership with the Four Winds Nature Institute, is working on a project to discuss environmental literacy across the state of Vermont.  This project has three goals:

To examine the roles and responsibilities of different sectors in increasing environmental literacy;

To highlight model programs in organizations and communities around the state;

To identify opportunities for increasing environmental literacy in Vermont.

This is a public conversation. We want your input and ideas, stories and solutions.

Visit Environmental Literacy Vermont for dialogue dates and places.  We look forward to seeing you at one of these gatherings.
